IUPUI was proud to host Professor Ibram X. Kendi, director and founder of the Center for Antiracist Research at Boston University, for a conversation with IUPUI School of Education Dean Tambra Jackson. Professor Kendi's book How to Be an Antiracist was the focus of the 2020-21 IUPUI Common Read. More than 300 faculty and staff members participated, including Chancellor Nasser Paydar and his leadership team, who are using this and other readings as a catalyst to create real change.
