On September 11, 2019, IUPUI dedicated its newest campus landmark, the Shreve Gateway. Along with their gift to create the gateway, Jefferson and Mary Shreve also created two scholarships in their name: the Shreve Opportunity Scholarship and the Shreve Study Abroad Scholarship.
