- Chancellor’s Cabinet reviews preliminary reports, identifies common themes, and begins outlining some action steps for the campus.

August Council of Deans Retreat

- Use Welcoming Campus Initiative as a potential theme (including an invited keynote speaker) for retreat.
- Summarize process-to-date and emerging findings.
- Discuss next steps and seek feedback concerning preliminary recommendations.

Academic Year

- Executive Summary of task force preliminary recommendations from spring semester, along with action steps for the campus, released through various communication channels.
- Various IUPUI units, offices, committees, and councils review and determine implications for their work.
- Task Forces continue work in fall semester, as needed, with update charge given based on feedback from campus stakeholders on their preliminary reports.
- Final reports submitted by November 15, 2016, reflecting updates, edits, and additions based on campus feedback.
- Final concluding meeting by all task force members in early-December.
