Project Description
As a result of this project, students will have the opportunity to participate in the 22nd annual Association of Cultural Economics International Conference in Bloomington in June. A cultural affairs poster competition dedicated to students has been added to the conference program with expert jurors reviewing student conference projects. The conference will also feature a multidisciplinary panel where students will have the first opportunity to question panelists.
Students will be able to spend time with and learn from internationally renowned experts throughout the conference. Additionally, Dr. James Doeser, a London-based researcher, writer, consultant, and advisory board member for the journal Cultural Trends, has been engaged to work with students in at least two virtual sessions during the spring and summer to prepare for the conference.
