IUPUI seeks an experienced, collaborative, and visionary professional to oversee all aspects of the enrollment management enterprise. As a highly visible leader, the Associate Vice Chancellor will develop, articulate, and implement the vision for a new era of enrollment management that brings greater strategy, coordination, and analytical rigor to every phase of the enrollment process. The Associate Vice Chancellor will provide leadership for a complex set of offices including Undergraduate Admissions; Diversity Access and Achievement; Registrar; Office for Veterans and Military Personnel; Student Financial Services; Student Scholarships; and IUPUI & Ivy Tech Office of Coordinated Programs (Passport).
The Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management joins IUPUI early in its implementation of a new strategic plan, Our Commitment to Indiana and Beyond (http://strategicplan.iupui.edu). IUPUI’s plan, aligned with Indiana University’s Bicentennial Strategic Plan, establishes student success as a top priority. IUPUI’s strategic goal to optimize enrollment management undergirds all goals for student success as the campus strives to create a strategic and coordinated enrollment management plan to attract, retain, and graduate better prepared, more diverse students who choose IUPUI first for its vibrant urban location, leading academic programs, and culture of learning in engagement with local, regional, national, and global communities.
