Gerry Dick is the host and creator of Inside INdiana Business television. He also serves as president and managing editor of Grow INdiana Media Ventures, LLC, an Indianapolis-based media company focused on producing and distributing Indiana business news and information through multiple media channels.
Today, more people get their Indiana business news from Inside INdiana Business than from any other source. Inside INdiana Business is available on 15 Indiana network and public stations, through daily radio reports on 27 statewide stations and news on-demand from a collection of email, web and mobile business news products.
Mr. Dick has twice been awarded the state’s top honor, the Sagamore of the Wabash, most recently from Governor Mitch Daniels. He has been awarded Ernst and Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award and recognized by the Small Business Administration as its Journalist of the Year. His television program has been honored with an Emmy for best interview/discussion program.
He acts as a vice president at Indiana Sports Corporation, serves on the board of directors of The International Center (in Indianapolis), Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Indianapolis Bar foundation, Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, the regional board of trustees at Ivy Tech State College and founded the Dean's Council for the School of Informatics at Indiana University. He is also a member of the advisory boards for WGU Indiana, the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University and the Indiana University Simon Cancer Center Translational Research Acceleration Collaboration (ITRAC).
Mr. Dick received his bachelor's degree in radio, television, and film from Indiana State University.
